Using UserLens

UserLens is free open-source software. You may download and use it under the license published in the project repository (MIT, unless the repo states otherwise).

Your data stays yours

The app is meant to run locally on your device. We do not claim ownership of your websites, analytics, heatmaps, session data, or any files you create with UserLens. What is yours stays yours forever.

We do not collect your app data on our servers. See the privacy policy for more detail.

No paywall from us

There is no UserLens “Pro” subscription from the project authors. If someone else sells a modified version, that is their product, not ours.

Forks, reuse, and credits

You may fork, modify, and reuse UserLens under the open-source license. If you use, redistribute, or build on UserLens (including public forks, derivatives, or products that include substantial parts of it), you must give credit in a reasonable place (for example the project README, About screen, or documentation).

Suggested credit line:
UserLens. Originally by Jasveer Singh & Myra Jain (HXLS Class X initiative).

Keep license notices required by the open-source license intact.

No warranty

UserLens and this website are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. The authors are not liable for any damages arising from use of the software or the site, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
