Privacy policy
Short version
We do not collect your personal information. UserLens is built to run on your own computer. Your website data stays with you.
This website
This marketing site does not ask you to create an account. We do not run our own ad trackers or analytics beacons on these pages to profile you.
If this site is hosted by a third party (for example GitHub Pages or another static host), that host may keep basic server logs such as IP address and request time as part of normal hosting. That is their infrastructure, not UserLens product telemetry.
The UserLens app
The desktop app is designed to work locally on your machine (Windows, macOS, or Linux). We do not operate a UserLens cloud that stores your site analytics, session data, or heatmaps.
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not require an account to use the app.
- We do not sync your site data to our servers (we do not run such servers for your content).
- What you analyze stays on your device unless you export or share it yourself.
Third-party links
Links to GitHub or other sites are outside our control. Their privacy practices are their own.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. The app is a general-purpose tool and is not directed at collecting data about children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
